Counselor
Position Summary: Full-time position in a supervised community residence for seriously mentally ill adults in the South Bronx.  High School/GED required.

Overnight Counselor
Position Summary: Full-time overnight counselor position (Thursday through Tuesday, 11 PM to 7AM) at residential program for mentally ill adults in the the South Bronx.  HS diploma/GED required, experience with this population preferred and ability to walk up five (5) flights of stairs.  Excellent entry level position for field of mental health. $15.50/hour.

Weekend Cook
Position Summary: Part-time weekend cook for a mental health community residence in the South Bronx.  Hours are 12:30 PM- 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.  Able to provide a health hot evening meal for 25 residents.  HS diploma/GED required and Food Handler's License or equivalent.  Pleasant work environment. $15.00/hour.

Peer In-Reach Worker
Position Summary: Full or part-time position for our Brooklyn supported housing program for clients from the adult home initiative. This is a scatter-site program with a total of 150 beds.  Position requires engaging target population adults (mental health consumers living in impacted adult homes), assist in helping clients make transition to their own supported apartments in the community.  We are seeking a certified peer who can share their own experiences with consumers, be personable, empathic and understanding.  Salary is $15.50 per hour.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position Summary: Two full-time positions for our Bronx and Brooklyn supported housing programs for clients from the Bronx and Brooklyn adult home initiatives.  Positions will require applicant to work as part of an assessment team to conduct assessment for individuals currently residing in two Bronx and two Brooklyn impacted adult homes. The required skills include having the ability to access an individual's readiness for transitional or supported housing, familiarity with supportive housing types, ability to recognize (and be familiar with) the need for additional physical and behavioral health services (once placed in housing) such as Managed Long Term Care Services or Certified Home Health Agency services, possess excellent rapport building and interviewing/assessment skills and familiarity with the New York City Human Resource Administration (HRA) 2010e housing referral process.  Experience with writing psychsocial assessments and/or HRA's Comprehensive Mental Health Report is a plus.  Knowledge of the NYS Adult Home Settlement preferred but not required.  Applicants must possess an LCSW.  MSW need not apply.   Salary is $75,000.

​​​​​​​Registered Nurse
Position Summary: Full or part-time position for our Brooklyn supported housing program for clients from the adult home initiative. This is a scatter-site program with a total of 150 beds.  Position requires applicant to work with LCSW in conducting assessments of individuals who have expressed an interest in leaving the impacted adult home to live in supported housing in the community.  Experience working with the mentally ill and familiarity with sypes of supportive housing is desired.  Annualized salary of $90,000.

Adult Home Case Manager
Position Summary: Multiple full-time positions for our Bronx supported housing program for clients from the adult home initiative.  This is a scatter-site program with a current total of 234 beds.  Position requires a high school diploma/GED although a bachelor's degree is preferred.  Applicant will coordinate and manage a caseload of approximately 20 mentally ill clients residing in the community independently.  Salary is $32,000.
